Diego Santini
Diego Santini was born in Ancona in 1975. From childhood he showed a marked artistic sensibility, from painting to illustration; he graduated from art school and then attended illustration courses to refine his technique.
His passion was sparked suddenly, after seeing an exhibition of contemporary art: “There was no perfection, but there was Soul.” Since then he has painted freely, never giving up his “childlike” side. His characters inhabit evocative landscapes in suggestive shades, in a dreamy, enchanted style that recalls fairy tales and the free associations of childhood.
He creates original artworks and hand-retouched fine art giclée prints. Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity and can be custom framed in our workshop in Livorno.
