Every artwork is carefully packed and protected, and shipping is always insured. Insurance is already included in the shipping costs and covers 100% of the value of the artwork. Before accepting the parcel, we strongly recommend checking that it has not been damaged by the courier and is not wet. The best course is always to accept the parcel "with reservation" so that you can check for any damage, breakage or other problems. In any case, we kindly ask you to email us at info@ricciarteweb.it, sending photos that clearly show the damage, and to contact us so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the volumetric weight of the parcel containing the artwork, properly packed and protected.

Free shipping on orders over €150.

Delivery times within Italy are usually around 48 working hours (1 to 2 days from collection by the courier). There may of course be some delays for deliveries to more remote areas or to the islands.

For the European Union, expected delivery times are approximately 3-7 days.
