Giacomo Vaccaro
Giacomo Vaccaro è nato a Sassetta il 26 ottobre 1953 e diventa presto un artista di Livorno a tutti gli effetti. A sei anni riceve la prima scatola di colori e a sette vince il premio “La Rosa d'oro” del Comune di Rosignano Marittimo; i primi consigli gli vengono da Giovanni March, mentre il rapporto con il maestro Ferruccio Mataresi segna la sua formazione.
Membro del Gruppo Labronico, ha un tratto armonioso e colori vivaci che danno luminosità alle opere. Dipinge paesaggi, vita quotidiana e architetture, tra scorci di campagna, vecchi mulini, marine livornesi e nature morte, ed è anche un ritrattista apprezzato. Ha esposto in Italia e all'estero e le sue opere sono in collezioni a Roma, Milano, Firenze, Londra, Bruxelles e Parigi.
I suoi oli sono opere uniche e possono essere incorniciati su misura nella nostra bottega di Livorno.
